Refund policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through sfasckie.com and is issued by StratosForge Inc, a United States company offering T-shirts and Pants.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition with all original tags attached

Free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage

Returned in original packaging when possible
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@sfasckie.com within 30 days of delivery.

Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other returns (such as size issues or change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
